1. Data Controller

This notice is prepared by VexCore Teknoloji A.Ş.as the data controller under Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”).

2. Personal Data Processed

Through the contact and project-request form we may process your name, organization/company, e-mail address, phone number, organization type, area of interest and the content of your message.

3. Purposes of Processing

• Receiving and evaluating your requests
• Conducting proposal and technical-evaluation processes
• Communicating with you
• Fulfilling legal obligations

4. Legal Bases

Your personal data is processed based on the legal grounds set out in Article 5 of the KVKK, such as being directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract, the legitimate interest of the data controller, and your explicit consent.

5. Transfers

Your personal data may be shared, only to the extent necessary for legal obligations and the delivery of the service, with authorized institutions and service providers in compliance with the legislation. Your data is not sold to third parties for marketing.

6. Data-Subject Rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have rights including learning whether your data is processed, requesting its correction or deletion, and objecting to processing.
